North Vancouver, B.C. - The team at Capilano will be proudly showing their pride and patriotism this Canada Day. Visitors to the popular attraction will have the opportunity to participate in the spirit of a country celebrating Canada's 141st birthday. BC Residents will receive 2 for 1 admission on Canada Day, which includes an annual pass!

Join us from 11am to 4pm for Canada Day games along with Canadian flags, children's activities, temporary tattoos and a huge birthday cake which will be served at 2pm!

As Vancouverites celebrate, people from around the world can experience our good fortune to live in one of the best cities in the world, as reaffirmed by the Economist Intelligence Unit survey, and celebrate the diversity of cultures that have come together to bind our country. This day long celebration on July 1st is an annual favorite at the Bridge, with great Canadian entertainment for the whole family topped off with the singing of our national anthem - O Canada.

The historic Capilano Suspension Bridge site dates back to 1889. The existing bridge was rebuilt in 1956 and spans 450 feet across and 230 feet above the rushing waters of the Capilano River. The 30-acre attraction is a short 10 minute drive from downtown Vancouver and has been family owned and operated since 1952.
